Roles And Responsiblites 

  • Coordinate Preventive & Corrective Maintenance:
    Plan, schedule, and monitor routine maintenance activities to ensure maximum plant performance and minimum downtime.
  • Monitor Plant Performance:
    Track daily generation, equipment health, and system efficiency, and coordinate with technical teams to resolve performance issues.Conduct site surveys, feasibility analysis, and system design coordination.
  • Manage Service Documentation:
    Maintain accurate records of maintenance reports, service logs, work orders, spare parts inventory, and compliance documentation.Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal technical teams.
  • Customer & Team Coordination:
    Act as the primary point of contact between customers, field engineers, and internal teams to ensure timely service execution and issue resolution.Monitor project performance and resolve technical or operational issues.
  • Ensure Safety & Compliance:
    Verify that all O&M activities follow company safety standards, statutory regulations, and quality procedures while ensuring proper use of PPE and safety protocols.Supervise installation teams and subcontractors.

    Key Requirements:

    • Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or a related engineering discipline.
    • 1–3+ years of experience in solar O&M, electrical maintenance, or a similar technical coordination role.
    • Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, switchgear, transformers, and preventive maintenance practices.
    • Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with customers, field engineers, and internal teams.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and the ability to prepare reports, track service requests, and maintain documentation.
    • Problem-solving and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple maintenance activities.
    • Knowledge of safety standards and electrical regulations, including PPE compliance and safe work practices.
    • Willingness to travel to project sites when required and possess a valid driving license (preferred).

  • Prepare accurate 2D and 3D civil engineering drawings, layouts, plans, sections, and detailed construction drawings using CAD software.
  • Develop and revise architectural, structural, and infrastructure drawings based on project specifications and engineer/client requirements.
  • Coordinate with civil engineers, architects, and project teams to ensure drawings comply with design standards and project timelines.
  • Maintain drawing revisions, documentation, and technical records while ensuring version control and accuracy.
  • Assist in site measurements, quantity estimation, and preparation of as-built drawings after project completion.

Key Requirments : 

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or a related technical field.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit, Civil 3D, or other drafting software is an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of civil construction drawings, engineering standards, and building codes.
  • Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to interpret technical specifications accurately.
  • Good communication, teamwork, and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Handle land acquisition, title verification, legal due diligence, and property documentation for solar and infrastructure projects.
  • Draft, review, and vet legal agreements, contracts, lease deeds, sale deeds, MoUs, and other legal documents.
  • Liaise with government departments, revenue authorities, registration offices, and local bodies for statutory approvals and legal compliance.
  • Represent the company in legal proceedings, dispute resolution, arbitration, and coordinate with external legal counsel when required.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable land laws, environmental regulations, and company legal policies while minimizing legal risks.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB); enrollment with the Bar Council is mandatory (LLM is an added advantage).

During my internship, I learned about Solar EPC projects, turnkey solutions, and solar marketing. I gained practical knowledge in generating marketing leads, AI-based marketing lead generation, designing promotional posters using Canva, creating AI-based posters and logos, understanding Meta Ads campaigns, and using Mailchimp for email marketing. In the Marketing department, I gained hands-on knowledge of digital marketing, Meta platforms, social media marketing, online advertising, and the fundamentals of running digital ad campaigns. This experience helped me understand how businesses use digital platforms to reach customers, promote their products and services, and generate business opportunities.

In the Finance department, I gained practical exposure to Tally and day-to-day accounting operations. I learned how to record transactions, make purchase entries, prepare bills and invoices, and understand basic accounting procedures used in an organization.
